"The warm bubble pool is my favorite to relax my body and massage my back and feet. It is near the Wakiki shopping street and beach.
The elevators are toooooo slow! I once spent about 6 minutes to the lobby from my room on 12 floor. The housekeeping is not good. I forgot to leave tips in my room one day the housekeeping maid left two used cups to me. She didnot clean them."

"I think that parking should NOT be a separate deal. I think it should be included your stay at the hotel. I really think that in thier overview of the hotel, they should reveal the fact that they have NO balconies/lanais. Windows don't even open enough for me to stick my head out and see the sights. Was a little dissapointing on that factor."

"We found that the ice machines were located on two floors only in a 44 story hotel. That is not a good thing, especially when you have relatively slow elevators. Another thing that you need to address is getting rid of the outrigger signs around the hotel."
