"I have stayed at this property on and off over the last 20 years. It used to be a reasonable and very nice condo in its day. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained. The bathroom in the room was disgusting and needed a complete gutting. At the least if they did not want to replace fixtures, they could have recaulked and retiled---even a new coat of mildew-proof paint! In tropical places, it is imperative to maintain as things fall apart so much quicker. I would be very hesitant to return to this property."

Guests will enjoy the property's proximity to Waikiki beach, just three blocks away, and the International Marketplace, just a block from the hotel. The hotel lies a short walk from the area's main drag and puts guests in close proximity to nightlife, shops, and entertainment venues. The Honolulu Zoo is six blocks from the hotel. Reach the Honolulu airport in approximately nine miles. There are 390 rooms, including some studio and one-bedroom suites, on 44 floors. City, mountain, and ocean views are available. Bathrooms may be small. Studio suites feature kitchenettes and one-bedroom suites feature full kitchens. Rooms equipped for the physically challenged are also available. In each room, guests will find air-conditioning, a coffeemaker, mini-refrigerator, television, and private lanai. Parking available for a fee.
